About Gracie’s Heart Health Foundation

Empowering Africa for a Healthier, Heart-Conscious Future

Gracie’s Heart Health Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving heart and respiratory health across Nigeria and Africa.

Founded in memory of Madam Grace Oluwatoyin Agunlejika, a loving mother who lost her life to a heart attack, the foundation carries forward her legacy by creating awareness, providing access to medical care, and supporting individuals living with cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.
